With the June 3rd Primary election just weeks away, now is the time to take to the streets for Sherri Lightner.

Sherri is facing a challenging race in which her opponents can purchase air-time on radio and television, can afford to send out mailer after expensive mailer, and buy slots on the pages of commercial "voter guides."

Sherri has always relied on the community—rather than the media—to get her message out. In order to spread the word, she is asking supporters to deliver flyers to doorsteps across the district. No doorbell ringing, no handshaking, no uncomfortable confrontations—just healthy exercise, good company, pleasant scenery, and fine, San Diego weather.

Please join us! We will be walking Carmel Valley neighborhoods starting at 9 AM on Saturday May 17, 2008. Please respond to our Campaign Office for the specific locations.
